I am Dr. Eduardo Kasparian, and I would like to introduce myself, my staff, and our practice. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and migrated to Los Angeles when I was twelve years old. Growing up, I was one of those children that seemed to always have issues with his teeth, but fortunately I was treated by two dentists who were caring, empathetic, and were not only able to restore my dental conditions, but also show me the path to healthy habits that would improve my overall dental health for years to come. By the time I was a junior in high school I had already decided that I wanted to be a dentist. After all, I already knew and understood what it was like to be a patient, and I also had two very good role models to emulate as a future dentist. After high school, I attended the California State University at Northridge where I majored in Biology. Having completed my requirements by my third year, I applied to the University of Southern California School of Dentistry from which I graduated in 1993. While studying dentistry at USC, I became an active member of the USC Mobile Dental Clinic which provided free dental treatment for migrant and under privileged children throughout central, southern and Baja California, earning the Director’s Merit Award upon graduation. During my clinical years at USC I was also an instructor’s assistant, helping teach clinical procedures to the freshman and sophomore classes. After more than a decade working in a group practice setting, where my emphasis had been working mostly with children, I decided to start my own family practice in the city of Pasadena. My practice is really “our” practice, because it takes a team to make things work effectively. And our practice is a family practice not only because we like to treat small and big patients alike, but because we are a family. My office is staffed with individuals that I have known and worked with long before I even had a dental practice of my own. We are small and intimate by design respecting our patient’s needs and valuable time. We are empathetic to one another and our patients, and we take pride in making our best efforts in order to bring the best comprehensive care to those who seek our services. Our philosophy is very simple; treat everyone the way we would treat our own family, always thinking about what is in the best interest of our patients. I also know that no one doctor has all the answers and all the expertise that is why we also work closely with talented and equally caring specialists so that we can find the solution to any complex need our patients may have. My staff and I look forward to meeting you and serving your dental health needs!
