Hi my name is Lorraine Ponce; I am the office manager and treatment coordinator for Dr. Kasparian’s dental practice. I have worked in the dental field for over 15 years and have a vast experience in multiple aspects of dentistry such as, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and restorative dentistry. Our office is a family practice where we believe in working with one patient at a time. We work hard on accomplishing this task not only with the actual dental treatment our patients may or may not need, but also in understanding the financial intricacies of dental insurances. I verify our patient’s insurance coverage answering any questions our patients may have, prepare treatment plans, and help our patients in making any necessary financing arrangements. Although my main responsibilities are in the managing aspects of the office, I am also a dental assistant, which allows me to work side by side with Dr. Kasparian. For this reason I stay informed of the very latest in technology and advances in the dental field by regularly attending continuing education classes and conferences. I am always happy to meet new people in our office and strive to provide the best services for our patients!
